GROUNDWORKS SIGNS AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE FARMA

Groundworks Industries, which operates Electric Lettuce, Serra, and Pruf Cultivar, has signed an agreement to acquire award-winning Portland-based cannabis dispensary, Farma. This acquisition will allow both organizations to draw on their collective retail expertise while enabling Groundworks to leverage Farma’s knowledge base and deep experience in cannabis education to create development opportunities for consumer engagement under the Groundworks umbrella.

With the support of Groundworks Industries vertical integration and strong brand power, Farma can expand into new arenas to reach, inspire, and support cannabis users across the country. And as state and federal cannabis policy continues to evolve, Farma will continue to enjoy the resources it needs to fulfill its mission of improving people’s lives by reframing their relationship with cannabis.
