Groundworks Industries, a vertically integrated cannabis company based in Portland, has agreed to acquire Northeast Portland dispensary, Alberta Greenhouse. The convenient location quickly turned the shop into a neighborhood go-to for residents and the visitors on their way to destination eateries, bars and boutiques along Alberta Street.

This announcement follows the agreement to acquire Five Zero Trees retail operations, among others, but stands out as a particularly promising opportunity for GW.
